4. Relevant to visitors words entered into Google
Quoting Google:
(If) we do not think that the sitelinks for your site are relevant for the user's query, we will not show them.
This means that the links in sitelinks, must be appropriate and relevant to the keywords entered by visitors.

5. Age of the site or the number of visitors?
There are references to write that the age of the site should be at least 2 years to get sitelinks, that's not true, because there was a baby blog, just a few months but already have sitelinks.
